It may sounds wired but this is one of the best proven strategy if we want to prove ourselves. No matter what the place is in our personal life to professional or even to ourselves. You may wonder how can this be possible as we can't enough time to even finish our work after the deadline. So how could we suppose to finish that earlier! But it is not that hard if we can manage our timeline, work plan that way and bring few changes in our life.

Let me explain

You can be the efficient employee in your office or do your job perfectly in your personal life. But if you can finish your work a little before the deadline you will get to notice what positive effects it may reflect on your working place or to yourself.

It feels better to be a little ahead than any other else right? But if this process makes us more stressful or feel overloaded. We should not do it. It comes after some practice, surely not a overnight thing. But if you want to be the hero in your job or even in your personal life you can follow this.

• We have to stop multitasking. Yeah, I know we all do multi task and may be did not think to loose it. But if we want to do a job perfectly we need to focus on that single task. I am not talking about something long term. Finish a task properly or generate a report perfectly then do other job.

• We need to organize ourselves. Placing everything correctly, making proper schedule, a forecast of our plan can help in this process. Messy surrounding creates messy mind. So practice to be organized.

• We should be active in manure and give our 100%. Laziness kills our efficiency. That's the thumb rule. We have to approve that. That does not mean we can not spend time on entertainment or social interaction. But do that thing actively. It will help you to set your mind to utilize your brain power properly. And yeah, there is no other way to be efficient if we fail to give our 100%.
