Making brick oven pizza
We put in a brick oven when we opened the new tasting room 2 years ago. I am finally getting around to learning how to make pizzas. We make 2 styles a Margherita(red sauce)and a Josephina(white sauce with garlic). Today I made a Margherita for a customer and I thought it looked yummy so I took some pictures of me cooking it.

Just in the oven.

After a few minutes.

Fresh out of the oven.

Cut garnished with fresh basil and ready to serve.
