Slow run before the heat
The good weather is still in Belgium. While I'm happy about it, it can be difficult and dangerous to run in the middle of the day. So I decided to go for a slow run at 7:30 a.m. The temperature was just 20°C at that time.
After a fast run on Friday, I decided to do it slowly today. Just 5 km at 5'15"/km pace.
I didn't feel it but apparently I went faster at the end.
