People and Shadows
I have decided to add another one this week from a trip to Barcelona. This is a view of the open area in Park Guell. I have already shared a view of the city from here in this post. I feel like the black and white has given this image a different meaning! People are like chess pieces on the chess board. The play of motion and shadows. And then the marriage of sky and ground finish the whole scene for me.

Colors often create distractions from the essence of a scene. The shadows and textures of the sky contrast well with the ground surface I think. The silhouettes create a flowing movement across the entire scene to animate it and give it an exciting finish
