It takes me time to understand this truth. But I'm happy that at least I get to know this but I have seen many people who don't realize this truth.

Okay, you may wonder what I'm talking about!

From childhood we learned to hide our true emotions, feelings, fear and even joy for so many reasons. And when we grow up we managed to do better acting, we try to hide our true selves. Just think how many times you hide your sorrow and unhappiness and put a smiling face. It's like a mask of a smile. But that fake smile can't solve anything, it's not the cure; my dear. Hiding our pain, our desire doesn't make it disappear. Rather there's a chance to face low self-esteem, depression from this.

You don't have to believe my words. Just try to match it with your life example. I guess you find many. Don't ask me, 'what to do'? Coz, I'm not a professional on this nor a life coach. But what I understand from my experience is, we should better deal with everything, our every emotion deserve focus. At the end of the day, we have to deal with our inner selves. And who doesn't know there's nothing to hide from your inner-self. So, why hiding?

Let's deal with everything, let's get the courage to face our emotions. And maybe it will help us to find a better solution. Coz hiding was never the solution, dear. Let the sun come...
