We all have some sort of procrastination. It's natural to delay on some work as we are human. But it causes more harm if we fails to detect it at right time.

Let me explain

If we do not take any initiative to finish our work on the right time, at the end of the day we will see that we have left so many things to do. But it's true that we used to think that we will do it later and make ourselves lazy or busy in some other work. It's okay as long as we realize that this is causing this this problem in our life.

But we often can't even realize that delaying on some work hampers in our every day tasks to our relationship. We will fail to meet the deadline of our work or will never gonna make up our relationship issues; if we delay on certain things.

So I think we have to first realize that we are facing problem in our life because of procrastination. Then we can work on it to get of it. It will be more easy to handle the situation and make ourselves on the right track if we can identify what is making us to act like procrastinate.
