I always believe that smile has a great power, to heal thyself and to revive others. Smile can help us to forget our sorrow. Yeah, it's true that we may not feel to be in a smiling face in every situation. There is also no need of it, I think. But don't forget to smile afterwards!

If you can learn to do that, you will see a change for sure in yourself. I have experienced this and I know how much true is this. Life gives us some hard situations. It's really tough to give back a smile to others who also involve in the reason of our struggle. But think this way; I mean I try to motivate myself this way that I have the ability to forgive them or ignore them and keep smiling. That's not easy but that's also not unachievable

There is a saying, 'Your smile is the great weapon for your enemy." You will feel how much true is that if you can manage to do that. And as I was saying, smile has a healing power. Just smile after you fight for something, smile after you did not get something, smile when you are struggling. And you will feel the positive energy working inside you.

Don't complain, be thankful and try to be in a good mood- DON'T FORGET TO SMILE. I can understand how much tension and stress we have to carry every single day. But focusing on that will not make us happy. At the end of the day try to smile for no reason, smile at you if you find no other reason, but smile. That will keep you running, that will make you strong inside and give you the strength to fight.

Smile is the biggest motivation, for you and for your surrounding. Smile has the power to touch others easily. You will feel how smile relay on others easily. I sometimes observe people around me and see how they behave. Just giving an example, may be you also noticed this. When I travel, if there are random people smiling and gossiping around, I noticed that the surrounded people; not necessarily they are connected; they saw them with smile or just smile back to them for no reason. You will see how a smile of a baby works on you. It will make you feel better in a second. So why not make your face also smiley and helps others to feel better, spread the positivism. You will feel better for sure.
