For men it's like having child, for women it's like having a shelter!!
I have faced a scenario today; what should I call it- a social problem, cultural effects or what, I'm not sure! It's about one of my neighbor's relative. The whole story just made me shocked!

My neighbor's relative; she got rejected by her fiance's family as she is older than her boyfriend and she is like in her last stage of fertility. As she might not be able to have offspring so they rejected her.
In most of the culture you will get to see the similar thing. I agree that having our own child is very necessary for marriage and couple relationship. But you can also notice that this rule is not strict on men. They can choose to have their life partner in any age, whether they are able to give birth to a baby or not.
This is a sensitive issue, I know and need lots of discuss to come in a conclusion. But you may also agree with me that, the society usually judge and choose woman seeing their beauty, fertility and so. For men it's not a mandatory factor. At least that's what I found.
You may give hundred or thousands of example which will support my idea reversely. But I am talking about the majority, the popular practice over the world. I am not judging by a single sentence that it's right or wrong. I can understand how other factors are influencing this social culture and thought.
You can find it in every corner of the globe that women have lots of barrier and liability, maybe that's why they had to choose men who can give them protection, shelter and security ie. Having offspring from them is the least wishes for the women who have to marry on certain conditions like -after divorce, death of ex husband or so.
Maybe we all are looking for a society which can ensure better treatment for both men and women. Here in my country it's a long race to run.
