Anger the ultimate Emotion
Anger is an emotional response.We all have it inside of us.It often comes out when a person feels their personal boundaries are going to be violated. In addition to that ,the Person will go through some physical changes while in anger such as increased Heart rate,Elevated blood pressure and increased level of adrenaline.

It is important to deal with anger in a positive way, learn to control it or else it will take a toll in your body and in your relationships.
It is important to deal with anger in a positive way ,learn to control it or else it might lead you to end up in difficult situation for you.
Though it is an unnatural state but this might help a little:
- Think before you speak
- Take a time out
- Once you are calm,express your feelings
- Identify the possible solution
easy said, but heavy to follow this advice :))
