Hello Steemians,

This is my first Post as a new member of the Steemit Community.

Hi, my name is Randypike and I am from Germany.

Just recently I heard something about the new social media platform Steemit and it all sounded really interesting. I became curious and wanted to know more about it.
To find out more, I searched the web and of course YouTube. I watched so many videos and learned a lot.
At this point a big thank you to all the great guys who give us all the good information about Steemit.
After a few hours, my decision was made and I registered with Steemit. Finally, I received the e-Mail: "Your Steemit account has been approved" and now, here I am... yea!
First, let me introduce myself.
My real name is Ralf (I think randypike sounds better) and I am originally from Germany. I was born in December '59 in a cold winter near Berlin. Yes I know...I'm old, but still too young to die :-)
I lived in Berlin for many years and worked in various professions, but the last 20 years have been the most interesting. Through my job as a service technician, I have seen many countries and met many interesting people.
I was always looking for additional income, but my job as a service technician made a normal side job impossible. So what, I learned how to make money on the Internet.
I think, Berlin is really the coolest city in Germany, but the german winter is just too cold for me.
Finally, my dream comes true. I managed to escape the cold country and since the beginning of 2009 I live in Southeast Asia. The first 8 years in Singapore and since January of 2017 in Thailand.
Few years ago I married my beautiful Thai Lady and here in Thailand we run a small farm which gives us much pleasure.

Despite all the work, there is still enough time for everything I love. For example traveling, photography and meeting friends for a couple of glasses of cold beer.
Also, I'm very interested in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. I think that's very exciting.
I'm looking forward to many interesting posts about traveling, cryptocurrencies, making money online, photography and living abroad.
In my posts on Steemit I would like to talk about my travels, living in Thailand and I will show you some travel videos and photographs.
