Amazing ways to reduce your belly fat by home remedies

With the improvement of technology everyone is becoming lazy day by day. No one is caring about health. Junk food has added taste to our mouth but ruined our body. Belly fat is growing and due to this more and more disease are attacking our body. Very few people do physical exercise daily. So today i want to tell you few tips by which you can reduce your belly fat but the condition is you have to follow these rules very sincerely.

1 Drink little warm water as soon as you get up from the bed early in the morning. Hot water not only reduces the belly fat but also neutralizes the acidity, which is very necessary for our stomach. It is much better if you drink warm throughout the day.

2 Don't drink water at least for 1 hour after the meal. Addition to meal take juice in the breakfast, curd in lunch and milk in dinner.

3 Take heavy breakfast, lunch should be medium and eat very less in dinner.

4 Take dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed and walk after dinner is must.

5 Do some physical exercise daily it may be running, cycling or any other game of your choice because unless we will not do some physical exercise belly fat is not going to burn.

6 Drink water sip by sip as we drink coffee, it is biologically proved fact.

7 Say big NO to junk foods, because this will ruin our health. Always try to eat more and more fruits.

8 Do some yoga- Kapalbhati.

Thanks for the Information. I hate it when junks becomes the only available option. That is why I always buy fruits, and keep the somewhere safe in case I need quick meal.
