Contest!! The Anger Challenge 😤😠
Good day steemians how are you doing today I hope you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today I will be taking part in an amazing contest organize by @aviral123 with the theme "The Anger Challenge"
Before any further or do let us first understand what is being meant by anger.
MEANING OF ANGER
The word anger can be defined as a very strong emotion or state of mind that a person feels when someone offends them or behave in an unfair, cruel or unacceptable way. It can also be seen as a state of mind that brings rage and high temper.
WHEN YOU'RE ANGRY, WHAT DO YOU DO?
Normally I'm a kind of person that is always easily provoke or triggered into anger, so in other to answer the question what I normally do when I'm angry is walking away or keep silent 🔕
But on a normal state what I do when I'm angry depends solely on my level of anger or what causes me to be angry or the person that triggered my anger so depending on the above mentioned things I can sometimes react or behave in an irrational way in response to the anger.
WHAT CAUSES YOU TO BECOME ANGRY?
A lot of things can cause me to become angry which I'm going to explain to you all in details first the number one thing that provokes me easily is, I don't like it when someone talks when I'm talking because it irritates me and if it happens that I was in a group conversation and someone talks when I'm talking I will just keep quiet or walk away
Also another thing that causes me to become angry is when I'm being lied to or decieve infact I hate it when someone lies to me it hurts my feelings and I don't like it.
And another thing is that I hate being challenged by someone especially if the person is my age mate or someone who is younger than me, and when talking of challenge I mean the ones that involves the use of vocal threats.
Also I do not like being cheated in any way, which is as one of my principles in life I really do cherish fair play so therefore I hate being cheated.
DO YOU HAVE A QUICK TEMPER? OR IS IT UNDER YOUR CONTROL?
Like I have said earlier I'm a short tempered kind of person and once I'm triggered into anger I do not always waste much time in taking action though some of my friends has been complaining but it's just that I was raised in a harsh way so that is why I'm so short tempered.
But I'm working towards it now in trying to control it when it comes so that I will not do something that I will regret.
ANGER IS OUR FRIEND OR OUR ENEMY? STATE YOUR IDEAS.
No matter how we choose to look at it anger is our enemy because nothing good comes out of it other than pain, regrets, enemies etc.
Why you may ask but I will explain when a person is provoke into anger the person may take rational decision which at the end may injure or possibly kill another person by mistake which in turn after it will come regrets at the same time the relations of the victim will become your everlasting enemies
When anger comes think of the consequences
PLEASE OFFER ADVICE ON HOW TO MANAGE OUR ANGER?
To those of you out there that finds it very difficult to control your anger when ever someone or something provokes you all you need to do is just very simple "Take a deep breath and calm down" before giving out your response so that you will not do something that you will regret for the rest of your life.
This will be the end of my entry and remember to always control your anger when it comes to avoid unnecessary regrets thank you.
