Post-For Rent Rental Steem

After each change, it takes a moment for the market to sit down and the individual participants calculate or realize what is worth it and what is not. Similarly, one of the most interesting investment instruments ever - the Steem Power rental. When Steem Power appeared for the first time, the yield was up to an incredible 40% per year, with an average delegation time of a few weeks. Over time, the rate of return decreased and the duration of individual leases was prolonged, roughly the last year I rented my SP for several months with annual appreciation slightly below 20%

An Evening Wednesday Walk- My Hometown

We took an early walk this morning and decided to take another walk this evening. This is where we turned on to our "downtown Main St" which is actually named Gallatin St. I wanted to show the age of our downtown buildings by catching the skyline. These buildings were all erected in the late 1800s in the era when Abe Lincoln presided at the State Capitol just down the block

Let's go for a stroll! A stroll through @blueeyes8960's hometown Main Street. So much to see and such a delightful place to visit.

NEW SUBS!

We know not everyone can delegate or upvote for larger upvotes. Thus sending in steem allowed for a larger upvote for the month.

With the new hardfork so many things have changed and so must we. Sub prices have been reduced and we now only have 1 level.

SUB = 2 Steem for an upvote from 5000 SP

So how does that work?

Let's say you send 2 Steem with the memo sub OCT then you will get an upvote from @qurator similar to a 5000 SP account.

*We are aware that with the new HF upvote values are not a set in stone value like they used to be and their value jump around a lot according to how many upvotes you have on your post. We feel Q is giving a big enough bonus to make up the minimal monetary value of an upvote and things will indeed be profitable if you post often.
