Nut cake without baking : Unusual cake give a nutty note, and a gentle custard literally melts in your mouth

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs;
• 150 g of sugar;
• 10 g of vanilla sugar;
• 2 tablespoons corn starch;
• 500 ml of milk;
• 90 g of butter;
• 160 g of breadcrumbs;
• 160 g walnuts;
• 3 tablespoons condensed milk.
  
  

Preparation:

Prepare the custard: mix the eggs with the usual and vanilla sugar, add the starch (you can potato or just flour), pour in the milk and heat on high heat, but do not let it boil. Reduce heat, stir until it thickens. In the still hot cream, enter 50 g of butter.

Shred nuts in a blender or a combine. Mix them with breadcrumbs, melted butter (40 g) and condensed milk. Stir thoroughly.

At the bottom of the mold, lay a layer of walnut mass about a centimeter thick. Thicken, lubricate with cream. Repeat until the ingredients run out. The final layer should be a cream.

Allow the cake to solidify and soak for several hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, decorate with nut crumbs or whole nuts.
