My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2019.,...... Awesome Monday ๐ฃ๐๐จ๐ช๐๐๐๐ถโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
A warm welcome to my Monday report ๐. Being a public holiday I had the entire day to myself and got in lots of stepping ๐. The rain โ gave us a break today so I was able to achieve the automaticwin without any hindrance. No office, no rain is a win win ๐ฏ.
After getting back home I got a shower and rested for a while. Then I did some cleaning and tidying up. I watched some comedy shows and also checked out some crypto news too.
It was largely cloudy day with short spurts of sunshine ๐. I spent most of the late afternoon walking around the neighborhood.
I came back home, rested for a while then had tea + snack before going right back for the sunset โ
walk. I stepped it out ending up at the shopping center where I bought a few groceries before heading back home.
I finished off the my day with a few pushups and a shower. Now am ready for work tomorrow ๐. Heading off to bed once I have this report posted ๐ฏ.
