My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2019...... Throwback Thursday ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฏ๐โ ๐๐ถ๐๐ช๐จโจ
Hello Everyone ๐,
Here we go again ๐, welcome to my Thursday report ๐. I do hope that you had or are having a wonderful day. Here is a quick break down of how mine went by.
It was another early start for me walking and jogging ๐ around the neighborhood. As always the morning breeze ๐ was fresh and crisp as I made my way.
I could have continued walking but I had to rush back๐จ and get ready for work ๐. After a quick shower ๐ฟ I stepped out and caught my bus just before it left.
At the office everything went well though I had lots of pending issues from yesterday. All was handled well and come lunch time I got the chance to step out into the warm sunshine ๐
After the short stroll๐ฃ i got back for the afternoon shift. When time was up I concluded for the day and left๐จ
Back at home I rested, snacked and did some steeming ๐. Then I embarked on my final walkation of the day. That sunset walk โ
that always ends my day.
I ended up at the park, did a few rounds then returned home as it got darker. Did a few roll outs, got a shower, had dinner and now getting to post this๐๐
