나의 액티핏 리포트 카드 6월 15 2020
퇴근하면서 아내에게 전화를 걸어 아이들 먼저 저녁을 먹이라 했습니다.
저녁 날씨가 바람도 불고 선선해서 호수 한바퀴 돌자고 했죠.
물론 호수를 가기까지 여러가지 유혹도 있었습니다. ㅎ
하지만 꾹 참고 아이들과 한바퀴 도는데 성공했습니다. ^^

저도 오늘 다여트를 위한 저의 첫 시작을 비슷한 걸로 포스팅할까 했었는데..ㅋㅋ 전 오늘 15000보 찍었습니다. ㅎㅎ
아이들이랑 함께 걸으니 만보 걷기까지 두시간이나 걸렸네요~ ㅋ
저는 달리기 시작하고 엑티핏은 안하게 됐는데, 아직 하고 계시네요.^^
