Ramen story I
Noticed that these days there seems to be an explosion of Ramen stores. Lucky Chan, Ichiraku, Nao and Hakata Gensuke just to name a few.
The one that I went to was Hakata Gensuke, there is always a queue in front of the shop but manage to be the number 2 in the queue as we were her very early. Ordered the ramen with black garlic
It was nice but the broth could be better if it was cooked for a couple more hours... I think.

It was quite good and I do find the ramen quality in Perth is getting higher and higher.
The black floating stuff are the garlic or mushrooms ??
Fried dumplings look good. Hope you have enjoyed your meal even though not up to expectations.
@jackpot, yes the black stuff floating are the garlic. No smell of the garlic but flavorful
oooo the soup looks really rich though , but hey the dumplings look 10/10
