My sister and I
Though from the family of 9 with 6 older siblings, my elder sister who was the 5th born is the most important to me among all my siblings.
This amazing woman who served as my nanny when I was a baby because my mother was a busy business woman who had little time for me and God being kind, my elder sister was around 11 years with my father to help her take care of me.
She practically trained me to be the woman I am today though she almost spoiled me by not allowing me do some minor chores by myself then.
She is very important to me in the sense that she left school just to be there for me before she started school again after I was wean and started school also.
This same lady still takes care of me till date because along the years, we loss our mother when I was just five years and we realized that period she took care of me was a training for her.
I could vividly remember when she dragged me all the way to school back then when I just woke up and decided not to go to school even though I was alright.
I remember when we had a trip to see one of our material uncles and we boarded a train from my town to my uncle's place.
It was a long journey but due to her pocket size then, she didn't buy anything for me in the train until after 3 stations when she bought sugarcane for me.
When she got married and was heavily pregnant, I visited her and stayed till she delivered her baby boy and also stayed to help her for some weeks before I left.

I can't possibly pay her back because till date, she still gives to all her siblings even the older ones.
She is just a mother at heart and I love her so much.

Its nice to see that your sister is the one you are especially find of. It's no surprise since you say she is the one whom trained you and served as your nanny. Your sister must b a really great person, I wish I can meet her someday :D.

This is great 😃. To see that your sister is the most important person in your life. From what I just read, she has really done much for you. Acting as a nanny when your mom died is not an easy task especially as she too still needed someone to care for her. But she assumed that role, making all the sacrifices a mother ought have made for you. She deserve a the praise you have given her in this post and many more.

Truly she deserves all the praises because she did a great job on you, she is not just your sister but also your second mother. Taking care of you from birth is no a small job, for her to left school for the suppose to taking care of you till you also started schooling is a sacrifice that money can not buy. Thanks so much to her, and I pray that God will continue to bless her and all that belong to hers.

She indeeed is a rare being and I must say you should guard her jealously. You've made me jealous because my elder sister whom I loved so much died when I was just 10years from sickle cell anemia.
I still misses her because she helped shaped me in reading and taking house chores seriously.
And now your sister is your Mommy and mommy to all your siblings.
Please you and your siblings should always take her advice because she can never deceive you.
