STARTING SEEDLINGS IN DECEMBER?
I blame @sagescrub!
I was doing some germination tests for an online seed store I plan on opening, (the Homesteader Co-op started by @sagescrub) and sometimes it's just too hard to kill the little sprouts. Back in Wisconsin we used to start our peppers indoors by about mid-February. This is still about a month and a half early, but the seeds had germinated and sprouted, so I decided to plant them.
My Carolina Reaper seeds germinated at 100%, so I was impressed and excited! Since I've got extra room in my "Bathroom Garden." I think it'll work out well as a place to grow these young Carolina Reaper plants. If they do well, I should be starting off with some great plants in the spring!

I tend to jump the gun too when it comes to planting. Marry Christmas.
Felices fiestas @papa-pepper
Happy Holidays
You may need to transplant these into bigger containers as spring will be late in most places this coming year.
Time to be working on the greenhouse.
I was planning on it. We will see. Thanks man!
Dangit, @sagescrub going and influencing people to do irrational things!
100% is awesome!!
LOL - Even MORE irrational than usual!!!
Great effort to seedling in December. However, we live in tropical climat and in December we are in wet season, rain everyday so we must choose the plant well. The plant muat be water proof, because plant that easy to grow but not good enough fir watering will damage because too much water, or we muat add the plastic roof, and it mean more money.
But in your video we can see that weather is good, you get sun shine enough.
Happy seedling
Happy holiday.

I am a n00b gardener.
I have recently moved in with my elderly Dad to take care of him and one of our favorite activities to do together is garden and sit outside in the backyard and chat about gardening.
The backyard went to chaos and neglect over the years, so I have spent the past few months fixing it up by adding greenery.
So these types of posts about what people do with plants is pr0n to me. Resteemed and good luck with your seed ventures. (Also resteeming to support the Steem economy.)
a partially subterrainian greenhouse would be ideal, using mother earth to keep you from getting frosty year around, (geo-thermally type thingy).. another hint would be to save your leaves to put into a mulching type area that is connected to your underground greenhouse,.. as the leaves compact down to the bottom they will warm up as they decompose, leave the bottom open so you can tease out mulch (de-composed leaves)from the bottom (the floor of your underground greenhouse) you could grow year around!
LOL! I thought.. oh no what have I done now, until I read the rest of your post! You really got my heart beating there. I am really excited for your seed sharing venture!
