HAVING FUN WHILE RUINING MY TRUCK
Yes, I think my truck is now officially dead.
While on a journey yesterday, the thermostat got stuck and the engine overheated. It was so bad that I think I may be needing a new truck or new engine. While this is not exactly good news, it did give us an opportunity.
FUN? REALLY?
Well, ruining the truck wasn't fun, nor was being stranded. However, while I cannot control when vehicles break, I can control my attitude. While we were stranded roadside, we got to have some fun and enjoy the sun. The @little-peppers enjoyed picking some dandelions and we all had a great time playing together. We were supposed to be on a trip taking care of some business, but we got some random free time out of nowhere, and I got the opportunity to capture these memories in some photos. Thankfully, @bluerthangreen came to the rescue!
I think the lesson here is that nothing needs to ruin your day. You've got got to learn to roll with the punches, and try not to get hit too often. Enjoy these fun photos!
On a side note, does anyone have an eight passenger vehicle they would like to sell for some crypto?...

Whao, this is actually a mixed feelings. First I'm so sorry about your truck and I hope you get a new one soon. Why don't you go for all these auctioned cars. That should be far better than used... Just my opinion.

I am very sorry about your truck, I hope that the repair was not very expensive, is what you say, nothing much less the material is worth ruining your day, because happiness is in the little things of our lives, like have a good time as a family.

At least you found the bright side of things. Here I thought you went mudding or something in your truck! I use to live on dirt road and people ran their trucks into the ground going back and forth just destroying them for that thrill of the mud. I so do not miss the bumpy and muddy roads we had.

Awwww unlucky bruv, I think it is time some of the folks that you helped both financially and emotionally as well as here to advertise their need for new transport help you out to get a new one too you can't with a family carry on like this with that unreliable old mule. You are right, when a vehicle overheats it could damage the engine badly,.. And most times you could spend hours waiting for it to cool down before checking for the level of damage, sorry about that tho.
Remember the saying every disappointment is a blessing in disguise,
maybe you would not have stopped to take those Wonderful pictures and who knows?... Maybe God was protecting you from some dangers ahead.
Above all i am glad you did take the best of the worst moment you had and made your day.
