COLLAPSE BEGINS! 🚨 ECB PULLS THE PLUG ON 2 ITALIAN BANKS 🚨
The ECB announced that it will not bail out below mentioned Italian banks.
- Banca Popolare di Vicenza
- Veneto Banca
The ECB says that they have both had more than enough time to present plans to the ECB but did not come up with anything acceptable.
There will be no bailout but rather the creditors will suffer. The coming weeks will be very important to stay alert!
This could very well be the beginning of economic collapse as banks, amongst others, have other banks as their creditors... See where I am going with this? If these banks cannot pay back their debt how will then the other banks be able to pay their debts... and so on... We have seen this before and these things don't end well. Will this trigger a European banking crisis?

I disagree.
If they are 'too big to fail', as they say, they won't be allowed to fail, at least not in a catastrophic way. If they aren't too big to fail, then the effect will not be too disruptive.
You can bet that the ECB has already analysed this.
Hi David,
Check out how our last financial crisis, not to long ago, began. It had to do with bad loans. Lending money to subprime borrowers and not being able to get it back. When banks go into default it is not a small event. It may seem so but that has to do with bailouts. That is, so far, not happening this time. I hope you are right mate, believe me. But you view is a little bit too binary in my opinion as there are so many factors that play a part.
