Chapter 3

It looked like a beautiful orange smudge across a blue canvas.
The sun stood in the distance steadily rising and letting its brimming gold colour flow to the conersbof the earth.

Troy stood by the window as he marvelled at the spelled sight.

Ah!!! Troy! You don wake?

Koko asked as she robbed her eyes while she yawned.

Wow!! Wetin be time sef? She asked...reaching for her phone.

It's should be around 5 or 6 in the morning,Troy said ,turning his head half way to the side as he spoke.

E too early na, come back bed na abeg me I still wan sleep small, Coko said as she rolls and pulls the sheets over her face.

You no get work today? Troy asked .

I get na but I'll fest go church then resume ,I fit no even go sef... she replied.

Troy turns back to the window, slowly drifting in thought.

Then he hears Coko say softly and sleepily, Troy u still Owe me that talk o, shey u know?

Troy looks back and sees she'd already dozed off.
Then he thought ... Ofcourse but the question nis how do I begin.

I've been in her bed all night and the funny thing is I was exactly where the incident took place.

He could still see the muzzle of the gun pointed at his face at that point all he saw was the gun...He remembers it going off but was shocked he was not harmed.

When I finally opened the man was gone like the whole scene never happened,oh thank goodness though...Troy thought.
