So, a few days ago, a call came in from an old friend (@Ehmkannde) while I was being treated to a locally prepared dish from by mom. After hastening to swallow the bit of food I had in my mouth, I answered the phone and he spent the next one hour illuminating me on this new social networking platform, steemit. In his words “Brother, this is exactly the kind of platform you need as a health care professional, a youth advocate and capacity builder and equally important, an entertainer and creative writer”. So after watching a few Youtube videos @jerrybanfield @boxmining @sweetsssj and others, here I am, utterly determined to change and impart the world one article at a time, help me say Amen to that. Lol.     

A few months ago, I completed my first degree in Bsc Biomedical Laboratory Science at the University for Development Studies. Currently, I am offering my professional Doctorate in Medical Laboratory Science at the same University while doing a one-year National service at the Laboratory of the Tamale Central Hospital.

  So what’s in this for Steemians? 

 1. First of all, I am a health professional and lifestyle counselor. I will provide unlimited supply of articles on general health and healthy lifestyle choices. I will also be available for discussions on health related issues.

 2. I am a youth advocate and capacity builder and have done some work in this area over the past few years. Besides articles, I will be willing to link up to discuss and guide members in their passions, career choices and talents. 

3. Last but not list, I am all fun, an entertainer and creative writer. I can guarantee satiric and inspiration write-ups to brighten your day. 

My only regret is, I did not get to discover this beautiful platform (steemit) early enough.
