I created this GIF for Utopian.io GIF Contest. I created this GIF with photoshop.
First step i created new layer with 1080 x 640 pixel size, then i take one utopian logo from here , then click window on photoshop and then choose timeline

And then you can arrange position of the logo moving like a waves, you can arrange it on the timeline section.

After you arrange logo position, you can add new layer for make a background and UTOPIAN.IO text. (you can set a time when the text will show up). After all complete, Save it as gif or render it to video.
Then you can upload or edit it on your GIPHY account.
