Covenant Possibilities VI

John 1:1-12 (NIV):
He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.
Yet, to all who did receive him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.
There are carriers of mysteries and you need to accept or receive those whom God has sent to you, even when they don’t look like it. Your inner witness should never be silenced. If you won’t receive the vessel, then you can’t be a recipient of what the person carries. Prophets represent possibilities and possibility is the removal of limitations.
4. Responsible Steps of Faith:
You need to take steps. The widow woman took the step and she got the impossible situation turned around. If you won’t move, some situations won’t change. There is the place of prayer and there is another place for taking steps. Imagine if the Israelites didn’t take the step towards the red sea, it won’t part and they won’t all go through. If they didn’t put out their legs into river Jordan, it won’t roll back. If blind Bartimaeus didn’t scream out and step forward, he won’t get the attention of Jesus. The woman with the issue of blood had to leave her house, despise the shame, have faith in her heart and took the step to touch Jesus’ garment and her conditioned changed. Experiencing the “possible” means experiencing new things, as against the norms.
Remember the woman whose daughter was vexed with an evil spirit and she came all out to Jesus. She stepped out and defied the shame. She showed great faith and Jesus made it possible for her. Being responsible for faith is to deal with offences. She dealt with that offence and her faith, determination and drive shined through.
My prayer:
”God, with all my imperfections, let Your Grace, blessings and works keep showing in my life, in Jesus name. Amen.”
”God, do the impossible in my life, with my life, and through my life, so that everyone would laugh with me, ONLY to Your Glory, in Jesus name, Amen.”
”God, I want to be the face of new possibilities in you. I want people to see me, things You have done in my life and then believe that there is nothing You cannot do, in Jesus name. Amen.”
