Swan Portrait
A portrait of a passing swan.
The photo could have been slightly sharper and have a better angle, but this swan was in a rather foul mood and started shouting all sorts of invective at me while flapping its unnervingly large wings. I didn't get a second chance for a photo:

I also made a rather nice photo of a mother and child feeding the ducks in the park, but I didn't get her permission to publish it. You do know you need permission for that in many jurisdictions, don't you?

What a great photo. It is so strange seeing white swans.
They can be cantankerous at times, but are pretty harmless. I fish with our local black swans all the time.
But you give them bread as a peace offering. It's in the photo 8-).
Actually, that is bait. I try to prevent them stealing it, lol. They are a bit of a pain, to be honest, more than one has taken a bait and gotten hooked.
Ooops...
Though, If I have corn for bait, I will give them a feed of that. Bread is actually really bad for them, especially white bread.
I don't fish anymore, but I onced hooked a duck I had to reel in while flying. Not only did I feel guilty, it was also mightily embarassing.
Haha. I seem to do it at least once a month. Ducks, moor hens, swans. Hell, I got a pelican once. But that was his fault, he ate the fish I had caught.
