My Fitness And Walk Steps Track Result
Today I tried this new fitness tracker app that is been integrated into the steem blockchain know as Actifit Fitness Tracker that we can use to monitor and keep track of our daily work steps.
The importance of this app is that if encourages us to exercise our body by doing some fitness walk and other fitness exercises and this great and valuable app will us to track and record our progress achieved for the day. Today I used the app to track my walk steps for my day job and I as so astonished at the result I achieved walking and doing my job, I moved and walk 13,390 steps which was an encouraging records and I planned using this app on a daily basis to know my progress report in my place of work in terms of movement and exercise
