He is going to chase the bears away.
The muscular eyebrows of bulls often give them an angry look like this. Maybe it is too scare competition or predators, like bears, away?
Though bulls can be quite huge and muscular, they are not the attacking kind. Until they are made angry, or scared, or both...

oe, I do not know what kind of bull is. If the bull is endangered, the government must protect them or breed them.

Yep, very rare to spot these days...
They are. I remember my father pointing out lakenvelders, witrikken, blaarkoppen, and so on, to me when I was a child, but I rarely see them now.
Lakenvelders are on the endangered species list, if I'm correct. It is great to see this young healthy bull in the park over here. Hopefully he will be the one to make sure there will be more again, some day.
