On the road..
Had a killer ride on the road yesterday. A couple buddies and myself did 83 KM's, not my longest ride but this is by far the most riding in one week that I've ever done - currently sitting at 289 KM's, which doesn't include the riding I'll be doing later tonight. Above is a shot from Iona beach when you can catch the planes coming in for landing at YVR airport.
I've been using the QuadLock case and bar set up and its proven very handy. I'm able to take a couple shots mid ride without fumbling in my back jersey pockets to grab the phone for a quick photo.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend and getting in some miles or at least some outdoor time.

Very nice shots @nofatnowhip. Yes, we got out and enjoyed the milder temps and blue skies in southern Ontario.

That's quite a bit of mileage you clocked up in a week.
83 km of flat road or some climbing as well?
A lot of the ride was flat with some crazy headwinds out to Iona Beach. Overall ride had 1100m of climbing which isn't much over 83km's - it was an epic week for training, wish I had the time to do that every week!
