I had a look at your wallet - I think you need about 100 Steem Power to power down. Though you appear to have some steem, so maybe last week's powerdown worked?
You can only power down 1/104 of your steem power - so if you need money urgently, your best bet is to do a lot of writing and earn steem dollars instead.
