#RunningLog - Cloudy Friday / Viernes Nublado
¡Hola Steemians! Aquí está el Running Log del día de ayer.
Después de descansar todo el jueves me decidí a salir a correr después de llegar de trabajar. Aunque el día no ayudaba demasiado ya que amanecio muy nublado.
Si bien pareciera que el clima frío y nublado es bueno para correr, no lo es tanto cuando amaneces con catarro y alergia. Ya tenía bastante tiempo que no me daba una crisis como esta, quizá sea por el cambio de clima ó alguna espora que se encuentre en el ambiente por los fuertes vientos que ha habido los últimos días.
Hello Steemians! Here is yesterday Running Log.
After resting all Thursday I decided to go out and run after arriving from work. Although the day did not help much since it was very cloudy.
While it seems that the cold and cloudy weather is good for running, it is not so much when you wake up with a cold and allergy. I had enough time that I did not have a crisis like this, perhaps because of the change of weather or some spore that is in the environment due to the strong winds that have been the last days.
Terminé corriendo 9.48 km en 01:05 h a un ritmo medio de 6'36 min/km, me sentí bastante comodo y bien pude a ver seguido corriendo un poco más, pero tenía que dormir un poco.
El único detalle es que el sensor de ritmo cardiaco empezó a fallar y por momentos dejaba de medir las pulsasiones, es por eso que la calificación de carrera sea tan alta. Voy a tratar de limpiarlo lo mejor posible y ver como se comporta el día de mañana que salga nuevamente a correr.
¿Recuerdan que estaba armando un kit de Lego con mi hijo?, bueno, finalmente lo terminamos el día de ayer. Les dejo las fotos al final del post.

I ended up running 9.48 km at 01:05 h at an average pace of 6'36 min / km , I felt quite comfortable and I could see a lot more running, but I had to sleep a little.
The only detail is that the heart rate sensor started to fail and at times it stopped measuring the pulsations, that's why the career score is so high. I will try to clean it as best as possible and see how tomorrow behaves that I go running again.
Remember that I was putting together a Lego kit with my son? Well, we finally finished it yesterday. I leave the photos at the end of the post.
