Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne
After the victory of Michael Valgren Andersen in the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad the classical riders in the peloton prepare for the second part of the opening weekend Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne.
The riders will have to clear 12 hills in the Flemish Ardennes, with the last top on 50 km of the finish. Because of this the race often ends with a bunch sprint, although the unusual cold weather could have an influence on this. Among the favorites for this race are Jasper Stuyven (winner in '16, second in '17), Fernando Gaviria and Sonny Colbrelli.
