Hello needle artists and our continuous supporters! Welcome to @needleworkmonday’s Featured Posts #46!

This is a weekly Curation showcasing the needlework of our very own Steemians. Every Monday we get together to share our love and passion for the needle arts using the #needleworkmonday tag. On all other days we use the #needlework tag. We enjoy each other’s creations, ideas, patterns, tips and shortcuts.

We strive to bring to you great quality work filled with tutorials and inspiration. Please help us keep these wonderful needle arts alive and thriving by supporting our creative work and community!

Summertime seems more challenging to get needlework in. Some of our artists are too hot to have yarns on their laps, busy with family events, traveling for vacation or just giving their hands a rest. We are happy that we still have some posts to be able to curate throughout the week.

This week we had 13 needleworkers sharing their work under the #NeedleWorkMonday tag! A big thanks to you all for coming here week after week to inspire everyone with your handmade art!

I love crocheting items that I can personalize myself. @carolinacardoza shares another nice tutorial that allows you to do so. This beautiful handmade bag looks great with her embellished flowers. The possibilities are endless of what you can add to this to make it your own style. Thank you @carolinacardoza for another beautiful project for us to try ;)

I thought it was such a cool idea for @brittandjosie to use these beautiful lace pieces left to her by her grandmother for a shadow contest. They make such lovely shadows and are pretty neat to look at. Thanks for using needle art for your entry! We wish her well in the contest!

Crocheting a Frankencoinster by @neumannsalva

@neumannsalva often shares with us about her migraines but that doesn’t stop her from getting some crafting in. During one of them she manages to make a coin keeper from a pattern I shared last week. I don’t know how she does it but she is so inspiring! She realizes the type of yarn she used made her keeper a little more stiff than intended . She will be tackling this project again in the future with a softer yarn ;)
