The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #160 - City Views from the Marina
This was a week back at the Marina, where I normally go for my walks over the weekend. The place is a little far from my home so it's not convenient to go on a daily basis. Weekends I try to come here whenever possible. It has a very lively vibe. This places is called the Waves. It's a mini township with residential and commercial set up. Once you are inside everything is available and one does not have a need to step out. There are restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy, hotels, mosque and everything one would need. Living here comes at a high cost. The rentals are 30% to 40% higher then what one would get outside of this township. But then it does offer a good lifestyle as well. I like coming here because there is a yacht club also and I love those views.
Right now due to Ramadan, the place has some extra lights which makes it look all the more bright and attractive.
