Life does not always go the way we plan
Stress can actually kill us. The last few days have been extremely heavy on me. Some very unpleasant situation has come up in my family and we are all gripped into it not knowing where it will take us or for how long it will go on. For the first 2 days my mind was completely shut down with so much uncertainty. I was feeling very painful with what has occurred, though I do not want to share details of it, but I do want to share my feelings about it. Yesterday, also throughout the day, I was feeling low and not understanding as to where life wants to take me and my family from here. The vision is obscured not knowing what's going to be the outcome of the situation that we are in. But there is nothing that we can do about it except facing it and fighting it out.
The problem is not at all small, it is of very grave nature and for any reason if things do not go in our favor, it would be a total disaster of our lives. Which I am sure will not happen, but then the mind cannot be controlled, especially in such times. The news came up 4 days back and since that time all I have been doing is thinking about it and feeling sad as to why it had to happen to my family.
Then last evening I spent some time in reflection that enough of this crying business. I have gone through worst situations in life, though those were never of this magnitude. But then everything is happening for a reason and I need to have some faith in the Universe that it is not going to dump me in life where I will never be able to stand up again. That much faith I do have in the Universe and myself and my family capabilities. Today morning I am feeling better and back with my positive energy. I do not want to be a victim of any fear. Be it whatever the outcome, the Universe knows best what is good for me and my family.
All I wish for now is a lot of Strength and Peace of Mind to go through this situation. Life is not always a bed of roses nor always a bed of thorns also is what I say and always believe and with the Sunset there is also a Sunrise. With optimism I want to move ahead in this journey and face the situation and overcome it. I have faith that positive forces will be with my and my family's side and always protect us from any destructive negative forces.
As I aways say it's ok to go down sometimes in your thoughts, emotions and feelings but the more important is how long you stay there. The longer you stay you allow the nature to go against you, the quicker you come out you defeat these negative destructive forces. So, I am going to do that now. It is possible that on the way I will keep falling, but I am not going to sit and cry, I will move forward for sure and at the end of it I will have a story of my one more life lesson and experience to share.

My dear I always gathered my energy from you and your writing, but yesterday when I go through your post, I was feeling bad for you, nad for that reason I didn't disturb you for nominations. I believe you nad your family will soon overcome the situation. May almighty bless you all with courage.
Thank you for your good wishes my dear. I am fine, it was in that moment that we were shaken up but with time we are better and though the matter is going to take way too long we will have to be in positive and good spirits to deal with it.

You have to live with what you face, and face it bravely. Let me tell you, you have no alternative but to face it, so why not do it with all your might? So, as you said, you have to overcome and move on before you get left behind thinking about the past. Let the positivity take over the negative forces, dust off and move on.
