Kue thimphan Aceh adalah kue yang di buat sewaktu mau masuk lembaran idul Adha atau mau lebaran haji, kue timphan di buat dengan tepung dan mempunyai isi dalamnya yaitu kelapa satu lagi srikaya dua rasa.
