I've been doing it for about 6 years, it kinda changed my life for the better. More freedom, clearer thoughts, more awareness and especially look way better haha
I have been on and off of it a few times and you are correct that my thoughts are clearer when doing IF. It also allows me to eat pretty much anything I want (within reason) due to only eating once (maybe twice a day) and it keeps things simple. I know that is not why you are supposed to do IF but it has many benefits, but it is good to know that you are doing IF as well as I never heard you talk about it.

Hey Man - I like the videos you make -I found you on YouTube and looked you up here on Steemit .. I'm following now. You have really useful info - I'm just starting out in Steemit so vids like yours a real helpful.. I just watched your warning abut smackdown kitty - glad I stopped upvoting my comments already... this confirms that I'm not to start it up again!
I'm glad that you found me online as well as on Steemit. I appreciate that you have found my content helpful as I have learned a lot of what to do and what not to do since being on the Steemit platform and interacting with other entrepreneurs like yourself.
I used to upvote all of my posts as well and until I saw what was happening which when I did I stopped immediately as I was only wasting my upvotes and hurting myself.
Prices are going up on almost everything but especially food, shelter, fuel insurance and healthcare. I can remember when gas was less than $1.00 per gallon, a loaf of bread 3/$1.00 and milk less than $2.00 per gallon. Inflation and corruption. I have long believed that corrupt politicians sold out to corporations to make money off of the population without any concern for how their actions harm the people and the planet. It's a conspiracy!
I know it is sick to think of how much money is spent on insurance across the board that may never even get used and in my opinion is just another form of tax.
I concur. "Sickening" is a good way to describe what they are doing. Insurance costs in Florida is robbery. I wish that mandatory insurance were unconstitutional.
Well that is how the big boys make their money. They just make it law that it is required and then they own the companies that provide you the product or service that you are required to have, lol!
You brought up a lot of good points man. When I lived in South India for four months, I was amazed at how affordable the food was. The food was ripe and very good quality, however I am sure that many of the same problems exist with pesticides/ fertilizer and dying the vegetables and fruits to make them look brighter and more attractive, at least where I was in India (huge major city.)
Overall, I would LOVE to leave the U.S. for a lot of the reasons you mentioned. As long as it isn't motivated by the "grass is greener" syndrome I have seen a lot of people be very satisfied in third world nations, especially the asian countries.
Another thing is their cultures... which are often truly amazing. I also found the spirituality very deep and satisfying. They also had strong community and seemed to genuinely care for one another instead of being so isolated socially, as can happen with our individualistic approach to life.
Anyway, thanks for the thought-provoking and balanced video. I'll be following to see more!
Thank you for your feedback on this topic. I seriously wish that I did not have to consider other options outside of the US. However, I also know that I cannot continue down the same path as well especially when there are other options (not necessarily better but different).
I am with you, the cost of our family went from $100 to $300 a week in the last 8 years, and who really wants the garbage in food. I call it fake food. The cost of food went up so much food was removed from inflation calculations. If I could figure out the how to fund moving and living, I would go too.
My friend was in Thailand a few months ago and he was able to buy 4 large meals for $3.00! These were full blown out meals! smh lol @mrwalt
