Show you our town

Every Friday it became part of my content. Especially when I don't know what to write. That's why this hushtag #marketfriday by @dswigle gives me an idea every Friday. It's not that special anyway because you know I'm living in province. There's not much to expect of our place. Maybe if it's about nature like in the sea and in the mountain. I have something more to offer. I know I've been posting about our place but I haven't posted how our municipal hall looks like in town. Since I didn't go to a market for this weekend, maybe it's fine to show how our municipal hall looks like. It's not that people will be interested, I just think that maybe, just maybe they would love to see it. 😂😂(it's my own thoughts.)

So....so, I live in the province of Southern Leyte Philippines. Our town is not that big, I forgot how many brgy.'s but I think it's 30+.(not sure, hehe) Barangay word maybe new for those who don't live in Philippines. How about some explanation, maybe it's fine, right? A town is not new to you because you have town also. Barangay is I think filipino word which is no specific translation in english.

How about let me explain like this. There are lot of different types of balls. Ball of basketball, ball of volleyball and many more balls. Now to make them easy to recognise those balls have specific name. Now about Barangay, all of this barangay are part of the town. Let's say a town of Macrohon, sta. cruz Macrohon and san vicente Macrohon. To make the people easy to pin point or to recognise their place the Barangay was made. (just my idea by the way.😉)
Now, as for me I live in the town but still the town was divided to 3 Barangay's. Same reason why the town was divided into three(3) Barangay. Before I forgot my topic in this post. As you can see in the images, that's our municipal hall. This is where the Mayor can be found and other concern of government relations. The municipal hall is not that big but you can easily find it because it's beside of the national road.

That's it, it's easy to find. You can see big trees and green grass with flowers here. They let the trees grow bigger maybe to make the place shade from the sun.

That's my #marketfriday for today all about. There's no history or interesting story of it. But maybe the word Barangay gives you an idea.
