Die neue Supergroup besteht aus ehemaligen Mitgliedern der Death Metal Band:
DEATH
Ein Teil der neuen Musiker waren bei der Entstehung der beiden ersten Kult-Alben “Scream Bloody Gore” und “Leprosy” bei der Band DEATH beteiligt.
Weiter sind noch die folgenden Musiker bei der neuen DEATH Band LEFT TO DIE. Terry Butler von (OBITUARY), Rick Rozz von (MASSACRE), Gus Rios von (ex-MALEVOLENT CREATION) und Matt Harvey von (GRUESOME)

Some of the new musicians were involved in the creation of the first two cult albums "Scream Bloody Gore" and "Leprosy" with the band DEATH.

Die Band LEFT TO DIE tourt gemeinsam mit den ukrainischen Melodic-Black-Metallern 1914 im August durch Europa. Gespielt werden die Songs der ersten beiden DEATH-Alben, um dem viel zu früh verstorbenen Mastermind Chuck Schuldiner die Ehre zu erweisen.

Die Band DEATH war eine Death-Metal-Band aus Tampa in Florida in den Vereinigte Staaten. Die Band Death sind die Urväter der Musikrichtung Death Metal.
Der Death Metal Stil der Band entwickelte sich unter dem Sänger und Gitarrist Chuck Schuldiner ständig weiter. Zuerst war es roher und schneller Death Metal bis hin zum technisch anspruchsvollen Death Metal mit Prog Metal gemischt.
Leider verstarb der Sänger der Band viel zu früh. Nach dem Tod von Chuck Schuldiner aufgrund eines Gehirntumors wurde die Band 2001 aufgelöst.
