This looks so hearty and delicious!! I absolutely love making recipes in the slow cooker, it does all the heavy lifting and usually low and slow cooking yields such a depth of flavour that's hard to replicate!
Might have to post a slow cooker recipe of my own soon :D

Yes I love the slow cooker so does my sons , now 27 and 30 they use it all the time , you can throw stuff in it quickly in the morning and come home to a cooked dinner ! LOL! Nice and tender too !
