AutomaticWin/My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2018

I got up this morning feeling good, ready to start the #automaticwin 10k steps before 10am contest.
I checked my weather app and noticed the rain was going to be coming in at 8am so I decided I would leave at first light to get a good walk in and get my 10k steps before I got rained on.
Rosko and I left the house right around 630am for an early morning 5 mile walk. The weather was pretty warm, 65F degrees but it was extremely foggy and humid out as u can see in the picture.
The fog was so thick my hair was wet from all the moisture in the air on the walk, but I got my 10k in! Good thing we went early because when the rain came in it came in hard all day long and it was not the type of rain that is ok to walk in..
After that I did an hour long calestedics work out. That was basically it for my activity for the day. I was hoping to get out on an evening walk but the rain is relentless.. Hopefully tomorrow the weather is a bit nicer.
