Italians protesting mandatory vaccinations - France next?
Not long before the French were told that 2018 would become the year of mandatory vaccinations, the Italians heard the same from their government.
But the people have enough of their governments meddling in their lives and are coming to the streets by the thousands and more, to protest against the measures their government has announced to take.

What is happening?
May 19th: official press release announced the approval of legislation aimed at making 12 paediatric vaccines compulsory. The many families who object await the following measures:
– for children from 0 to 6 years old: exclusion from daycare
– for children between the ages of 6 and 16: the health authorities will inform the juvenile court which will decide on the parents’ parental responsibility (patria podestà).
– each year the family is not in compliance with the compulsory healthcare measure, a fine of up to
€ 7,500!
The Medical Association are taking severe disciplinary against two doctors for opposing mandatory vaccination citing the need for an accurate assessment of the medical history of each patient before subjecting them to medical treatment.
What are the concerns?
During the demonstrations in the larger cities in Italy, one thing becomes very clear.
It is not just the mandatory vaccinations that are opposed, but the governments involvement with one of the world's leaders in the Big Pharma GlaxoSmithKline.
The British based company has promised to invest over €1 billion in four years in Italy.
GSK is the world leader in vaccines, with £3.7 billion in revenue in the sector out of £23.9 billion in total turnover and the giant drug company expects continued growth over the next few years.
So a €1 billion investment is nothing compared to the possible turnover the company can expect in the years to come now that they've struck a deal with the Italian government.
And that is what worries the people in Italy, because they feel that the government could be triggered into making an important decision like mandatory vaccines by the money bags held above their heads, and with these measures they are showing they're right to worry.

Time to wake up and get up
I hope that these demonstrations show the world how important it is to come together and speak out against these governments who seem to have only one goal: increase their revenue income by imposing possibly damaging measures like in Italy. I hope France is next, and the rest of the world.
Don't forget: governments are set up to serve the people, not the other way around.

I'd like to stand on the goverment side and explain why they are doing this. So please listen to my arguments. Movements against vaccines are becoming more popular with every year which result in smaller amount of vaccinated children. Even if some children are not vaccined they are relatively safe because almost everyone else is vaccinated. That is something called population resilience. But when number of vaccinated people will decrease to 90% or 80% possibilty of epidemic rises dramatically. They just want to prevent massive epidemic. Big pharma lobby the governments which results in mandatory vaccinations, all about corporate profits. People are slowly waking up to the fact that they cannot trust big pharma or the government when it comes to their health. People just want to keep their freedom of choice, the days of blind faith are over for many of us.
It infuriates me, as an anti vaxxer (I have very good reasons why I take this stance) is concerns me greatly, something like this can change the health status of generations to come, and not necessarily in a positive effect.
You're exactly right @sweetpea. There are much more sinister plans behind all the vaccine schedules than most people could imagine. It is not just a big money maker for the big pharma and the governments who get their bribes and revenue, it's something much, much worse. And the problem is that there are still so many people who believe that it's for our best interest. I believe the term 'herd' immunity was used for a very good reason, they tend to shove stuff like that into our faces, because they know no one will believe us anyway. We're a minority, but then when I see that people in Italy are taking to the streets for this, then I think there's still hope. Thank you for reading. It is very much appreciated.
