[Day 18/30] Doing PLANK! -about engagement and encouragement
Day 18, engagement and encouragement with others are really the key of this 30 day contest journey. Thanks to many people, especially @bluengel with his comment" Waiting for your Day 18" couple hours ago, push me to finish this upload.
I adjusted my position for the BSUV and found it feels totally different. Finished without injuries and right position are the key as well!! Keep in mind!
