鸡肉和菠菜
材料：
- 鸡肉（1斤）
- 菠菜（1斤）
- 洋葱（1/2个）
- 蒜（2瓣）
- 生姜（1小块）
- 生抽（2汤匙）
- 糖（1/2茶匙）
- 盐（1/2茶匙）
- 水（1杯）
做法：
鸡肉切成小块，放入一个大碗中，加入生姜，蒜，盐，糖，混合均匀。
洋葱切成小块，放入一个大锅中，加入一杯水，放入鸡肉，煮至鸡肉变软。
加入菠菜，煮至菠菜变软，加入生抽，搅拌均匀。
煮至汤汁变稠，即可出锅。
