Cake traditional
Wet cakes are usually steamed, boiled or fried, wet cakes in the archipelago is very easy to find in traditional markets, while the pastries are usually slightly harder textured, and more durable in comparison with the wet cake.
how to cook it was different, most of the cake wet in though by way of steamed, roasted or in Panggang either with charcoal amupun with oven.
