Although it may look like this ferris wheel looks like it's going super fast - in reality the exposure was only 4 seconds...

              Great shot! I had to look twice... at first I looked like a firework. The colorful reflection of the lights on the water looks pretty as well.

                I can see that. Not my favorite shot I've taken of a ferris wheel - but you're right - the water does add a bit of something to it.
