Salad with cucumbers, avocado and chicken

Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados;
• 3 tomatoes;
• 2 cucumbers;
• 2 korean carrots;
• 1 red onion;
• 300 g of chicken fillets;
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
• 1 tablespoon seasoning "Italian herbs";
• salt - to taste;
• ground black pepper - to taste.
  
  

Preparation

Cut the avocado and tomatoes into cubes, cucumber - semicircular slices, and onions - half rings, carrots into thin. Put the vegetables and cheese in a salad bowl. Prepared chicken cut into slices. Season the salad with a mixture of butter, lemon juice and seasonings and mix well.
