Ingredients:
- Sorrel 1 beam
- Parsley 1 beam
- Green onions 1 beam
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Egg chicken 3 pieces
- Onion ½ pcs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper black ground to taste
Preparation:
Cook the chicken or broth. Chop the greens. Cook 2 eggs. Prepare potatoes and onions.
Make a roast - fry the onions. Cut the egg. Add the onion and the remaining greens to the broth.
Break one egg, stir it. Salt and pepper.
Slowly, stirring constantly, pour it into broth. Add the boiled eggs.
