I have learned that through prayer we achieve a close relationship with God, communication is very essential to reach an agreement, even if we do not agree with someone, if we learn to communicate agreements in the midst of disagreement.
Many times we ask God for spiritual gifts, and this is fine, but we must also ask for the gift of understanding and communication, we know that words have power and are decisive when it comes to sharing a message.
If we do not learn to express ourselves as it should be, we will not be understood, and the declared message will not make the change. The Word of God tells us that if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound it is impossible to prepare for the battle, this means that if we do not understand each other we will not be able to agree.
So that we can all go out into battle, the leader must communicate the message well. To build ourselves among ourselves and work as a team we must communicate correctly.
If we do not give the message properly, we will be like foreigners who speak in different languages. We must be more clear and understood when it comes to giving a message, this is very important and we have to ask God for help if we find weakness in this area.
It is advisable when issuing an important message, to do it without intermediaries. When it comes to communicating, we must sort the priorities, prepare the conversations and do not leave your words to chance because it is very likely that you are wrong.
God teaches us in his word that listening is a source of wisdom and that on the contrary, it is very shameful not to listen. You can use communication to do good or for bad, it depends on you. Ask the Lord to help you communicate better with Him, with your friends, Christian brothers and family, He wants to teach you, because he knows that your blessing depends on it. Always give thanks for the opportunity to connect with Him and with your loved ones.

There are many verses in the bible that encourage us to listen. If we learn to listen we will be wise and understood, we will learn to analyze situations and we will be able to give intelligent answers.
One of the verses that tells us to learn to listen is proverb 17:27-28
